I was shopping at Macy's and tried on a fun party-promish dress. It was fuschia pink and was satin like. It was strapless and the bottom part of it was bubbled but the rest skin hugging. A black bow tied around the mid waist, almost stomach.
I've looked everywhere online for it to show my parents but cannot find it anywhere. It was on sale at Macy's in Erie, PA for 85 something. It wasn't on Macy's website!
If you could help me find it, I'd be forever grateful!

I have every little thing done about this costume (except for minor small detail) except i'm stuck on how to do this characters little yellow bow tie thing in the front, and i'm looking for some advice or tips on how to do it.
i have a couple pictures you can look at as reference to help you come up with ideas. i circled the bow thing i'm talking about in red in the first picture to show you what i'm talking about and added a second picture for more reference.

also it doesn't have to be something that wraps around my neck or anything. i can just stitch it on to the front. i need like a shape or something to get me started. or any advice.
i cant just use a scarf or something because i need to make this with the limited yellow fabric i have.

Does anyone else agree that it's inappropriate to expose the girls like that? If they were boys, it would be a lot cuter, but I just think it's wrong. With all of the money this dude has, you would think he would pick out the finest designer threads for these girls, but nope, just black bow ties! What do you think of this?
