Okay, its getting cold out and im looking into winter clothes. So far i have, in mind, a peacoat, pinstripe vest, black tie (maybe bow), and gray skinnies. But the thing is, i need shoes. so i looked up these chucks and i like the x-hi's. Not necessarily the fact that they tie all the wat to your knee but the fact that they actually fold over. I like that idea. I don't wanna seem odd. or out of the ordinary, and i don't want to seem gay. I was jus thinking that it will look cool for this outfit. Will it work? should i get the Black and white x-hi's and leave them folded..... or is it tooo much? Help me out please, before i make a costly mistake........

I'm not interested in a neck tie, I've been able to find plenty of those. I've already check in the specialty ties on the Vineyard Vines website and haven't found anything relating to Arkansas there. Is there anywhere that I can get a bow tie with the Arkansas Razorback logo on it? Also, I don't want a pre-tied one either, I'm trying to find a hand tie one.

I have 3 dresses, One is a full length black one with a split up the middle and a short skirt underneath, it has chantilly lace around the top and the bottom of the short skirt. The other one is a knee length short black that's silky on the sides and has pleated chiffon on the front and back, it also ties at the back with a silky ribbon. The last one is orange and silky with a black bow/clip at the front and lace around the neckline.
Which one is most appropriate? I'm going to a major sports awards event.

Greetings my P&S Brothers and Sisters.
So, I have a really big interview in a few hours. Bartending gig at a really fancy, really private, really high end country club. The mayor of my city goes there... in the winter. That's how big.
So for dress atire, do I go coloured shirt and tie or white shirt and bow tie? It's the kind of place that requires a bow tie but is wearing that for the interview a good idea? As I see it, it's a good idea to dress as you would if you worked there.
What do you all think?
