I purchased a black tight dress for the Lady Gaga concert. The dress is really plain just t shirt black material with tied bows in the back. how can i style this to make it Gaga worthy? im not sure i want high heels because im not the best at walking in them. website links would be great! thank you!

Ok, so tonight my boyfriend and I are going out to dinner and I just recently got a new cardigan from AE that I've been wanting to wear, the problem is I'm not sure what dress shirt would look good underneath it. What I planned on wearing was this creamy white dress shirt that has faint, light blue plaid on it, and on top of that this striped cardigan, along with a jet black bow tie, and some straight legged khaki's. I'm no sure if the whole outfit would even look good though? What do you guys think?

I found a top hat at party stop and a few bow ties in the macy's mens section, i figure if I get a black bow tie, the black top hat, a black cardigan, red peacoat or something related to that, a white collar blouse, and black jeans or pants it might work.
Any other ideas for ways I can scrap this outfit up?
